It wasn't me.

I swear I didn't break it.

Notes

Easter 2011 Good/Bad Points

Good: My momma made pancakes and my parents, siblings and I had our first meal together in months. We used to eat dinner together every night, so this was kind of A Thing growing up. It was nice.

Bad: My siblings and I were late for Mass. By the time we go to the church, the congregation was spilling on to the sidewalk.*

Good: We spent two hours driving around and pointing out all the leftover Christmas decorations that people still haven’t taken down instead of having to deal with silent judgment from our former Catholic school classmates.

Bad: While backing out of my grandmother’s long gravel driveway, my leg itched. While I scratched it, my car drifted left and scrapped against my cousin’s new car.

Good: It’s her company car and it just chipped the paint, so she won’t have to foot the bill. My car now has a new racing stripe, so I’m one step closer to being Speed Racer.

Good: My cornhole skills have improved since last year.

Good: I took home some leftover ham and made an omlette this morning.

So, overall, great holiday.

*I don’t really consider this a bad thing because I didn’t want to go to church, but it fit with my patterns.
